Rest Day for the Holiday

Happy Valentine's Day to all! Since the weather has once again forced the area facilities to shut down, today will be a rest day...in observance of the holiday, yea that's right, the holiday...I do need some excuse not to work out today, so that's about as good as its going to get. As part of my off day, I'll be joining my tri-trainee for a nice Valentine's Day dinner. I just hope the roads shapen up so we can make it there ;)
