Some people have probably seen this before, but I couldn't think of a better way to describe how my body feels. And yes, I took the elevator to the 2nd floor, despite trying to take the first couple of stairs.

I know you don't want to hear this, but you have to go for a run today - just 1-2m, and just hobble...but if you do it, I PROMISE you'll be better way sooner than if you don't...you have to loosen up your legs or you're going to be screwed for weeks.

Then, hot tubs help, as do massages.
And go down the stairs backwards.

my two cents is DON'T run :) i would spin for 20 minutes or so. anywhoo, probably 1/2 dozen of one 6 of the other. congrats again!
