Lesser is More: Fairfax, VA, United States; Train smart, get strong, and be consistent and the results will come to you. I am a runner, triathlete, RRCA certified running coach, dad x 2, and dog and cat owner. People used to tell me I was crazy for competing in endurance sports. Now they just accept it as part of who I am. I always respond that I was once a "normal" person like you. This is my perspective about testing the limits to see what the "normal" person can do.
