I'm sure you've seen the ads in Bicycling, Runners World, or Inside Triathlon. Road ID is a product that comes in a variety of types (wrist band, shoe strap, ankle strap, etc) and contains contact information in case of emergency. I don't know about you, but one of the things I always do before I head out the door for a bike or run is to stash my drivers license and health insurance card in an inner pocket.
