Wrong or Right - You Decide

This morning, Rebecca decided to give Piper some new "bling" to his already stylish fur coat just for fun. Too bad its 6 months late - he could have been one of the groomsmen at our wedding with that bowtie made from ribbon we used at the wedding! Yes, Piper is a he if you couldn't tell by the picture. So what do you think best describes the situation:

A) "Poor Piper, how could mean Rebecca do that to an innocent MALE cat?"

or

B) "Hey, every once and a while you've got to show some bling and that cat is stylin!"
