I sweat A LO...This is a very relevant topic for me. I sweat A LOT more than most people and regularly get salt deposits on my face, especially after bike-workouts. My salt also tastes nice and salty. I always just wrote it off to genetics and never really put much thought into the idea of using an endurolytes supplement. <br /><br />In hindsight, it appears as though I may be losing too much salt.
