Great post. I'm not sure what this Fall holds for me, but I'm clearly slower than I was last fall, thank you Polar Vortex. I've been focusing on speed training on a 1/week basis, but hope that as the weight (hopefully) goes, the speed will increase. I have other plans for the Fall that don't -- necessarily -- involve speed, but I plan to focus on speed training regardless.
